Kinocean Proven Quality

Quality Buyers Can Inspect

Visible structure, marine-grade materials and practical checks for aluminum boat programs.

Material Foundation

Quality starts inside the boat.

For B2B buyers, the value is not only the finished look. It is the hull material, internal support and flotation details that decide long-term confidence.

Aluminum Structure

Durable 5083 marine grade aluminum.

Selected for aluminum boat structures where strength, corrosion resistance and project reliability matter.

Flotation Support

High density EPE foam.

Used inside the structure to support safer, more stable operation expectations for commercial buyers.

Deck Finish

PVC marine floor.

A practical surface choice for dealers, resort operators and frequent-use commercial boat programs.

MOD V Hull

Structure shown before the claim.

This page should help buyers see what supports the boat, not simply read broad quality promises.

Full-length triple floor keels Longitudinal support designed into the floor structure.
Welded supports Visible structural reinforcement for aluminum boat manufacturing.
Fully welded pontoons Built around a stronger and more reliable pontoon platform.
Single piece wall options Interior and exterior wall details selected by project requirements.

Build Details

Designed for buyers who compare more than price.

Dealers, operators and project buyers need boats that can be explained to their own customers. Kinocean quality content should make the structure easy to understand.

Buyer Reference

Boat Quality and Documentation FAQ

Practical questions for dealers and project buyers reviewing material, structure, inspection evidence and certification scope.

What material directions are shown on the Kinocean quality page?

The page presents 5083 marine-grade aluminum, high-density EPE foam and PVC marine floor as visible quality directions. The exact alloy, thickness, flotation arrangement, deck finish and supporting documents must still be confirmed for the selected boat model and quotation.

Which quality-control stages should a boat buyer discuss?

The page organizes the discussion around material check, structure review, welding review, fit-out review, final appearance and delivery readiness. Buyers should agree which records, photos, measurements or inspection points apply to their order before production and shipment.

What evidence can buyers request before shipment?

Depending on the project, buyers can ask to review the confirmed specification, material documentation, production or welding images, equipment checklist, visible finish, test arrangements, packing plan and shipment preparation. Availability and the exact inspection scope should be agreed in the order documents.

What CE documentation should a Kinocean buyer verify?

Kinocean has supplied HPiVS examination reports for selected pontoon craft: BC 19, BC 22 and BC 30. The reports list Guang Dong Ecocampor Vehicle Co., Ltd. as manufacturer and reference Directive 2013/53/EU, Module A1. HPiVS's current public checker returned records for BC 19 and BC 30; the supplied BC 22 legacy record still requires separate public verification. Each report states that HPiVS assessed ER 3.2 Stability and ER 3.3 Flotation, while other technical documentation remains the manufacturer's responsibility. Buyers should verify the report, selected model and configuration, current status and destination-market requirements before ordering.

What should be included in a quality-focused quotation request?

Provide the boat type, intended use and water, target market, estimated quantity, material or construction priorities, equipment and finish requirements, inspection expectations, destination and required documents. Buyers can also review Kinocean's company profile, dealer program, buying FAQ and quote form.
